Mark a project as completed

Applies to: pagenorma S, pagenorma QS

Because translations are rarely exactly as long as the source, the progress bar may stop just short of 100% even when you have finished.

Confirm completion

When your translation reaches 95% of the source by character count, the card shows a note such as Translation is 97% by character count. If it is complete, confirm it to show 100%.

1. Click Mark as completed.
2. Confirm the message. The card then shows 100% regardless of character-count differences.

Reopen a project

A completed project shows Completed manually confirmed with a Reopen project button. Click it if you need to carry on working, and progress goes back to being calculated from your text.

Good to know

Marking a project complete changes how the dashboard shows progress. It does not change the date or the amount your earnings count for in Financial Analytics.
