Financial Analytics: monthly net earnings

Applies to: pagenorma S, pagenorma QS

Financial Analytics (in the menu) shows what your projects earn, month by month, after your own deductions. The page notes that the figures are informational and meant for planning your pace and earnings.

Choose a year

Use Select year to pick the current year, or up to two years before or after it.

Read the table

Column Meaning
Month January to December.
Translation (Title) Each project active in that month.
Client / Publisher The client you entered, or -.
Net Earnings (€) The net amount, shown in the month the project is due.
Notes On schedule, or ⚠️ Project delayed.

The last row, Total annual net earnings, adds up the year.

Which month does the money count in?

  • A project is listed in every month between its Start Date and its Target Deadline.
  • Its earnings count only in the month of its deadline. In its other months the cell says n/a.
  • A month with no active projects says No active projects and shows €0.00.

How the gross amount is calculated

The gross amount is your translation in standard pages (characters ÷ 1800) multiplied by the project’s rate per page. If a project has no translation text yet, its total page count is used instead.

What “delayed” means

A project is marked ⚠️ Project delayed when its deadline has passed and not all pages are translated yet.

Net amounts

Net amounts depend on the deduction model in Settings. See Set up your deductions. The deductions affect only this screen. The totals on the Dashboard stay gross.
