What is pagenorma?

pagenorma is a browser-based workspace for literary translators. It helps you plan a translation, keep an eye on your pace and deadline, see what you will earn, and compare your translation with the original — with AI commentary, a searchable glossary and a thesaurus alongside.

You use it at pagenorma.eu/app in any modern browser. It is a progressive web app, so you can also install it like an app.

What you can do

Track projects. Add a book, its rate and its deadline. pagenorma shows how many pages you have translated, the pace you need to keep, and what you have earned so far.
Forecast earnings. Financial Analytics shows your net earnings month by month after your own deductions.
Review a translation. Open a side-by-side view of source, translation and AI commentary, paragraph by paragraph.
Keep terminology consistent. Browse an AI-generated glossary with quality assessments, and look up synonyms in the thesaurus.

Open the menu (the ☰ button on small screens) to move between screens.

Do I need an account?

Not to track your work. Projects, the dashboard, Financial Analytics and backups work without signing in. You need a verified account for the AI features: analysis, the glossary and the thesaurus. See Create an account.

Quick start

Create a project from your source ePub or PDF and your translation.
Check your pace and earnings on the project card.
Optionally run an AI analysis and review the results.
Back up your data from time to time.
