Your text and AI

Running an analysis, generating a glossary or searching the thesaurus sends text to an AI provider so that it can be processed.

• pagenorma S — the text is sent from your browser to Hugging Face using your own token or connection. Your Hugging Face account terms apply.
• pagenorma QS — the text is sent through pagenorma’s protected server function to the Gemini AI model. The AI key is held on the server and is never in your browser.

Only the paragraphs for the pages you choose are sent. Text you do not analyse stays on your device.

Google Docs

pagenorma uses a narrow Google permission. It can read only the Google Docs you select in the picker, never the rest of your Drive. See Connect Google Docs.

Your account

Your account stores your email, sign-in methods, token balance, usage and consent choices. Your usage and allowance are managed on pagenorma’s servers, and they cannot be changed from the browser.

Marketing

Marketing emails are optional. You choose when you register and can change it on your profile page.
