Delete your account
Applies to: pagenorma S, pagenorma QS
You can delete your account yourself from the Profile page.
How to delete it
- Open Profile.
- Click Delete account.
- Read the confirmation message and confirm.
- Prove it is you: enter your password if you sign in with email, or confirm in the Google or Hugging Face pop-up.
When it succeeds, pagenorma tells you your account has been permanently deleted.
What is removed
Your account profile and everything linked to it, including your token balance and token history.
What is not removed
- Your projects. They are stored in your browser, not in your account, so deleting the account does not delete them. To remove them, delete the projects yourself, or clear this site’s data after making a backup.
- This month’s usage. To stop the free allowance being reset by deleting and re-creating an account, pagenorma keeps the current month’s usage counters until the end of the month, linked to a scrambled form of your email address rather than the address itself. If you register again with the same address this month, the counters are restored.
Deleting an account cannot be undone, and unused tokens are lost with it.
